How is Erythritol made?

Erythritol is produced from starch. Starch is turned into glucose through an enzymatic hydrolysis process. The glucose then undergoes yeast fermentation, which results in Erythritol.

NuNaturals uses IP-Certified Non-GMO corn as our source of starch.
